OneModelPlace.com reserves the right to edit, delete or not approve/post any Casting Call submission at any time without notice.
You must fill in ALL of the required (*) information on the Casting Call submission form. Your Casting Call will only be posted after review. Your Casting Call will not be approved if you leave required areas blank, or incorrect.
OneModelPlace™ CASTING CALLS GUIDELINES
1. The OneModelPlace™ (OMP) Casting Call feature was created to provide members of the OMP community with additional opportunities within the industry.
2. The system is to be used only for submitting Casting Calls related to Modeling, Photography, Styling, Art, Acting, and other inquiries related to the subject matter for which OMP is intended.
3. Casting Calls submitted for approval are for the use of OMP members only. Numerous listings are exclusively listed on OMP. Listings must not be copied with the intent to re-post or re-distribute them through other various media without the expressed written permission of the original poster.
4. Please submit Casting Calls only once. Do not submit similar or duplicate Casting Calls into multiple categories or geographical locations. Duplicate submissions will not be approved and will be deleted. Your Casting will only be reviewed for approval when all required fields are completed correctly. If incomplete, your Casting Call will not be accepted.
5. Please make sure you select the correct category. Casting Calls in the wrong category will not be posted.
6. Any Casting Calls posted will run no longer than three (3) months. You may resubmit your Casting Call (after the three months) if it runs longer. Casting Calls should not be submitted any sooner than thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the Casting.
7. Submitting Casting Calls which contain ANY false, misleading or fraudulent information can result in immediate removal from OMP, without notice and without refund
8. Submitted Casting Calls may/will NOT be approved for any of the following reasons:
A. Noticeable spelling/grammar errors. Therefore, please spell-check your submissions
B. Inappropriate or sexually graphic text/information
C. Insufficient or missing information
D. Not industry related
E. Contains offers for Erotic/Adult dancers (strippers) and Escorts
F. Attached or embedded graphics or html
G. TFP/TFCD offers or Travel notifications
H. Contains links to or domain names of Pay-sites or Adult Pay-sites
I. Contains links to or domain names of other industry related portfolio hosting sites
J. Contains links to or domain names of non-industry related networking, community or "club" sites
K. Contains links to or domain names of any site which violates and local, state, federal or international laws, statutes or regulation
L. Casting call is primarily designed to drive traffic to or simply advertising their site(s)
M. Contains links to or domain names of any site which is not available for review or those sites "Under Construction"
N. Contains links to or domain names of Dating or similar sites
O. Contain or request AOL Instant Messenger, ICQ, IRC, Yahoo, or any other Chat screen name(s)
9. Casting Calls which are primarily directed to "minors" (anyone under 18 y/o-regardless of country of origin) may not contain offers to be involved in with, or placed on pay sites, web-cam sites, "fan clubs" or other Teen-oriented websites either where a group or individual are featured. In short: DO NOT CONTACT MINORS FOR PLACEMENT ON WEB SITES.
10. While OneModelPlace is used internationally, its servers reside completely within the boundaries of the United States of America, and thus its users are subject to the local, state and federal laws of the United States. Solicitation of models under the age of 18 for nude, semi-nude, "adult-industry" work or work of a sexual content nature is in violation of the policies of OneModelPlace™, and in most cases, illegal in accordance with Local, State, Federal or International laws. Therefore, DO NOT SUBMIT any Castings Calls of this nature.
11. All Casting Call submissions which require ANY form of nudity (implied or apparent) OR pertain to the ADULT industry (including non-nude Fetish work) in any manner MUST be submitted into the ADULT/NUDE category. Any submissions as outlined above should be accompanied by the following statement or similar: "Any talent replying to Casting Call must be 18 years of age or older and must supply 2 forms of positive identification"
12. Casting Call submissions which contain offers dealing solely with body-painting projects MAY be permitted to post in areas other than ADULT/NUDE. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Any submissions as outlined above should be accompanied by the following statement or similar: "Any talent replying to Casting Call must be 18 years of age or older and must supply 2 forms of positive identification"
13. Assignment offers or Casting call submissions must never include situations where models are required to work in a reduced mental capacity or with impaired judgment, including situations requiring the use of drugs, alcohol, hypnosis, or in other manners which the model may not be in full use of his/her mental facilities.
14. The Casting Call system is not for advertising (spamming) the services/products of companies, agencies or groups. If you wish to advertise your services/products, please contact us at HERE (SUBJECT-ADVERTISING) and we will be happy to speak with you about advertising your services on OneModelPlace™ through one of our many advertising programs.
15. Using the OMP Casting Call system for the promotion of PAY SITES is strictly prohibited. Casting Calls whose primary goal is for OMP members to drive traffic to OR "join" any site (including non-pay sites) is also prohibited. Additionally, any individuals who attempt to utilize the OMP Casting Call System and/or any aspect of the OMP database/site in order for members to "join" any competitor's site or a site similar in nature or intent to OMP (including forum-only type sites) will be subject to immediately removal from OMP, without notice and without refund.
16. The Casting Call system is NOT to be used to send out notifications of parties, events, contests, etc. We have the OMP "EVENTS" listings on the site specifically for this. Please check the page linked from the "Events" tab on the OMP header banner for instructions on how to submit your listing to the site. Contests are not permitted in the "casting call" or "events" sections. If you wish to advertise a contest, please contact us HERE (SUBJECT-ADVERTISING). However, Casting Calls may be submitted to hire or employ talent for such purposes as workshops, fashion shows, tradeshows, etc.
17. Casting Calls, whose sole or primary intent is for models to link to or be managed/represented by any photographer, manager, agency or other entity, will be considered SPAM and is strictly prohibited. Professional licensed agencies or management companies should post these "OPEN CALLS" through the OMP CASTING CALLS section or via the AGENCIES SEEKING MODELS forum on the OMP MESSAGE BOARD.
18. Do not use the Casting Call system to send out "warnings" about individuals or companies that you believe to be scamming, shamming, etc. If you have a legitimate warning of a scam, sham, fraudulent activity, please post it to the "Scams and Shams" forum on the message boards, where it will be reviewed and posted to the forum if it fits the guidelines for that forum. 19. Casting Call submissions may ONLY be made from your own portfolio. Photographers, Managers and Agents MAY NOT send out email Casting Calls from the model accounts that are linked to them, even if the model has no actual access to their own portfolio. Additionally, model profiles do not have access to submit Casting Calls and therefore should not attempt to submit Casting Calls via any photographer's, agency's, etc. portfolio. It is also against the Terms of Service of OneModelPlace™ to "loan" your account to third-parties for sending Casting Calls (or email), whether they are a member of OMP or not.
20. Any Casting Call submission designed for the Promotion and Recruitment of Escorts, Escort Services, Personal Companions and GFE's (etc.) are contrary to the purposes of OneModelPlace.com, and will not be tolerated in any fashion. As per the Terms of Service, soliciting for, recruiting, or offering the services of any of the above mentioned utilizing any feature is strictly prohibited. Portfolios that are used for the solicitation or promotion of these services in ANY way will be immediately disabled with no refund. This includes (but is not limited to): Use of the Casting Call system, hyperlinks to external sites promoting escorts, URLs (web addresses) promoting escorts and any other activity that the staff of OneModelPlace.com deems as solicitations, promotions, or offers.
21. OneModelPlace™ reserves the right to change and modify these usage rules as appropriate and without notice.
22. Violation of these Terms and Conditions will cause your membership to be terminated without a refund.
SPECIAL NOTE TO MODEL MANAGEMENT COMPANIES AND AGENCIES
Any management company, agency, event or staffing company (or similar) that utilizes the OMP Casting Call feature should be familiar and in compliance with any local, county, state, federal or international laws, statutes or regulations which govern their specific business model. Additionally, any/all of the above mentioned entities must be aware of any federal laws, statutes or regulations which are governed by the state where the actual Casting Call will take place.
Please note: Failure to comply with these guidelines or OneModelPlace™ Terms of Service may/will result in the suspension of your profile on OMP without notice and without refund.
