Pixel Painter's Photography is a new business; however, I have been involved in photography for many years. I have an extensive collection of Landscape and Nature photography, as well as, Fine Art photography which is sold in galleries across the United States. The primary market for Pixel Painter's though is Portraiture and Weddings. Though I have taken hundreds of thousands of professional portraits in a studio setting I did not own the studio and therefore do not own the copyrights. It is due to this that I am willing to trade time for proofs/CD to expand both of our portfolio's. Currently I am looking for Singles, Couples, and Families of all sizes, to participate in time for proofs/CD, there are a few guidelines that must be followed when doing time for proofs/cds, and they are as follows:
1. Companions/Chaperones are more than welcome at ALL shoots, but in some cases I feel they are necessary. (I.E. any models under the age of 18 (preferably parent or legal guardian, and in the case of doing Fine Art Nudes and Abstract Nudes) P.S. I do not currently do Erotic.
2. Model Releases must be signed, in return you will recieve a CD of ALL of the photographs with a release to do as you like with them, with the exception of selling the photographs. In cases of models under the age of 18 the model release must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
3. We will discuss in advance what we are going to photograph and all input is welcomed, basically we will plan the shoot then shoot the plan.
4. In time for proofs/CD, I greatly prefer to shoot outdoors in a natural setting (I.E. Scenic Overlooks, Mountains, Streams, Waterfalls, Flower Gardens, ETC.) There are many locations close to me that I am aware of that make for great backgrounds, But I would be willing to travel limited distances if you have a specific location in mind.
I am also currently available for worldwide travel for paid assignments of any type. I am skilled in Weddings, Nature, Portraiture, Fine Art, Travel, Landscape, ETC. I work well with most everyone and in the case of assisting other photographers, I can follow directions.
When it comes to portraiture the most common comment that I have received is, "Different", which I always take as a great compliment, after all, who wants the same old portraits they can get anywhere?

P.S. If you are curious why I would choose a picture of a butterfly on a flower as the logo of a company primarily dedicated to Wedding and Portrait photography there is a great story behind it. I am originally from New Orleans, LA, and during the time of Hurricane Katrina my family and I evacuated to Talladega, AL. As the Hurricane was devastating our home and in the midst of not knowing what the outcome would be, I found it very therapeutic to follow this little beauty around to each flower and photograph her. I followed her around for hours from one flower and then back to the others, while inside the television was spewing out the uncertainty of the destruction of what would become my former home. Though this isn't my best work, it is my favorite due to these reasons...
