General Information

I consider myself semiprofesional as photography is not a full time job for me. It is however a passion that I devotedly persue. Whether it be working with a model to capture images for portfolio work or photographing the wonders of the natural world around us I enjoy the artistic opportunities it offers to create memorable images. I do remember what it was like to starting out in this field and am happy to consider doing TFCD for aspiring models.

My forte is location shooting and have a variety of places here on Mount Desert Island that I use on a regular basis. From mountain streams with small water falls and large quiet pools to rocky shore lines or formal gardens they all provide excellent back drops against which to showcase a model. Environmental glamour is a particular passion and I am always interested in expanding my work in this subject. I also use a small home studio for that provides for more traditional work. It is also portable which allows me to travel to the client or model if they prefer. I have done senior portraits, weddings, family portraits and casual portraits. I am willing to travel and currently visit the Lewiston/Auburn area on a monthly basis and the Portland area every couple of months.

When I work with minors I require that a parent be present for the shoot. And I will only consider age appropriate projects for models under the age of eighteen.

If you are looking for some unique pictures for your portfolio what better place to have them taken then in one of the many beautiful outdoor settings that Maine has to offer? If you need the basic head and body shots to begin to build a portfolio on I can provide what you need at a very reasonable cost.
